1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms govern the use of the website fixlaptop.ge (the “Website”) and the conditions of sale for products offered on the Website.
1.2. The Website is owned and operated by Fixlaptop (the “Seller”).
1.3. By placing an order, the Customer confirms their agreement with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Return & Warranty Policy.
2. Order Process
2.1. Orders can be placed directly through the Website’s shopping cart, by phone, via messaging apps, or by email.
2.2. The order is considered confirmed only after our manager verifies stock availability and confirms the delivery conditions with the Customer.
2.3. Orders for rare or special-order items are accepted only with a prepayment amount agreed upon with the manager.
3. Payment
3.1. Payment is made via bank transfer to the Seller’s account or in cash at our office.
3.2. Orders are shipped only after 100% payment is received, unless otherwise agreed for partial prepayment.
3.3. All payments are processed in Georgian Lari (GEL), unless otherwise agreed.
4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery is available throughout Georgia via courier or a transportation company.
4.2. Delivery cost and timeframes depend on the region and delivery method and are confirmed with the Customer when the order is finalized.
4.3. Delivery is considered a separate service and is paid for separately unless otherwise agreed.
5. Warranty and Returns
5.1. Warranty periods are specified in the Return & Warranty Policy and apply as described therein.
5.2. Return of non-defective goods is possible within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, except for special-order items.
5.3. Detailed conditions of returns and warranty are outlined in the Return & Warranty Policy section.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. The Seller is not responsible for any losses incurred by the Customer as a result of:
- Incorrect product selection;
- Improper installation or use of the product;
- Actions of third parties.
6.2. The Seller’s liability is limited to the cost of the purchased goods.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All website content (text, images, logos) is the property of the Seller and protected by Georgian law.
7.2. Any use of website materials without written permission is prohibited.
8. Force Majeure
8.1. The Seller is not liable for full or partial non-performance of obligations under these Terms if caused by force majeure circumstances.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations.
9.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be handled in accordance with the laws of Georgia.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. The Seller reserves the right to update these Terms without prior notice. The current version is always available on the Website.
10.2. By continuing to use the Website, the Customer agrees to the updated Terms.
