Delivery in Tbilisi - by couriers:

5-15 ₾
Delivery is available daily from 11:00 to 21:00.
The cost depends on the delivery address and the courier service rates.

Delivery across Georgia - by the transportation company "Delivo ":

10 ₾
Delivery time: 2–3 days.
Orders are shipped on the same day if placed before 14:00, or the next business day if placed later.

Delivery via Georgian Post, regardless of the destination:

40 ₾
Orders are shipped within 3 business days after order confirmation.

Free self-pickup:

0 ₾
Daily from 11:00 to 21:00 at our office, after the order is confirmed by our staff.

Free delivery:

0 ₾
We cover the delivery cost for orders over 250 ₾.

Pre-Order

If the item is not available in Tbilisi, it can be ordered by pre-order.
Estimated delivery time: 7 to 15 business days. Prepayment is required for all pre-order items.

Returns

In case of a return or exchange, courier or postal delivery fees within Georgia are non-refundable. Delivery is a separate service.

Shipment Insurance

All shipments are insured by the transportation company. The insurance coverage limit is 1,000 ₾.
