1. General Right of Return (14 Days)

1.1. Customers who purchased goods remotely through our online store have the right to return products within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order without providing any reason, except for items delivered under a special order (see Section 3).

1.2. To exercise the right of return, the customer must notify us via email fixlaptop.tbs@gmail.com or phone +995598591100, indicating the order number and contact information.

1.3. Return is possible if:

  • The product has not been used;
  • The product retains its original condition and appearance;
  • Original packaging, labels, and seals are intact;
  • A document confirming the purchase (receipt or other proof) is provided.

2. Warranty Terms

2.1. Warranty is provided for the following categories of goods:

2.2. Warranty covers manufacturing defects or malfunctions not caused by the customer’s actions.

2.3. Warranty does not apply in cases of:

  • Mechanical damage;
  • Improper installation or use;
  • Liquid exposure;
  • Power surges or other external factors.

2.4. Claims under warranty must be submitted within the warranty period by contacting us and providing proof of purchase and a description of the defect.


3. Special Order Items

3.1. Special order products (items ordered individually and delivered from suppliers outside Georgia) are subject to return only if defective or covered by the warranty.

3.2. Unopened and undamaged special order goods cannot be returned without reason within the general 14-day return period.

3.3. Special order status and prepayment terms are specified by our manager at the time of order.


4. Return Process and Costs

4.1. Upon receiving a return request, our manager will contact the customer to arrange the return.

4.2. Products must be returned to our office/warehouse address: 62 Irakli Abashidze Street, Tbilisi within 14 calendar days of notifying us.

4.3. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except if the return is due to a defect or our mistake.

4.4. Delivery fees are non-refundable, as shipping is a separate service.


5. Refund Procedure

5.1. Refunds are made within 5 business days of receiving the returned goods and verifying their condition.

5.2. Refunds are issued using the same method as the original payment unless agreed otherwise.
