- Payment is made via bank transfer to the account details provided by our manager or in cash at our office.
- Payment is accepted only after confirmation of stock availability by our manager.
- For rare or special-order items, a 50% or 100% prepayment may be required.
- A receipt will be sent to the email or WhatsApp number provided during checkout.
- If you require an invoice for a legal entity, please provide your company details when placing the order.

Delivery Terms Across Georgia
- Tbilisi delivery — by courier daily from 12:00 to 20:00. Delivery cost depends on the district and ranges from 5 to 15 GEL.
- Nationwide shipping via Delivo — delivery time 2–3 days, cost 10 GEL.
- Georgian Post delivery — fixed cost 40 GEL, shipping within 3 business days after order confirmation.
- Free self-pickup — available daily from 12:00 to 20:00 at our office after order confirmation.
- Special order items (ordered from suppliers) are delivered within 7–15 business days, prepayment is required.
- Shipping is a separate service and is non-refundable in case of product returns.
All shipments are insured. The carrier's liability limit is 1000 GEL.
