Where are you located? Can I pick up my order myself?

Yes! You can pick up your order from our office in Tbilisi (62 Irakli Abashidze).
Self-pickup is available daily from 11:00 to 21:00 after your order is confirmed by our team.

How much does delivery cost? Do you offer free delivery?
Delivery costs vary depending on the city and method:
Tbilisi: from 5 to 15 GEL (courier)
Across Georgia (Delivo): 10 GEL
Georgian Post: flat rate 40 GEL
📦 Free delivery is available for orders over 250 GEL!
What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your order via:

  • Bank transfer (details provided by our manager)

  • Cash at our office during pickup

  • Invoice for companies and organizations

Payment is accepted only after product availability is confirmed.

Can I return a product if it doesn’t fit?

Yes — you can return an unused item in its original packaging within 14 days.

Warranty periods:

  • 30 days for keyboards

  • 60 days for screens, chargers, and batteries
